An oceanfront condo for $1,025 per night

From the balcony of this 12th floor condo, you can look out onto the beach all the way to Hangout Fest. The ideally located home can sleep 14 guests, and will provide them with an open plan kitchen, living and dining area, and easy access to the white sands of the beach.

The condo also comes with an outdoor pool, jacuzzi, tennis courts and barbecue area. Back inside, you can relax in front of the 70 inch HD TV in the living room or unwind while watching one of the TVs in each bedroom.

A scenic stroll along the beach will take you right to the festival.

A two building property that sleeps up to 40 for $1,128 per night

If you’re travelling with a crew—as in, a crew that could fill a small aircraft—then you need to book this mammoth space.

Caribe West is a two building property with eight bedrooms in each house. Every bedroom comes with a TV and the communal areas look out onto the white sand beahes and crystal blue waters.

The home boasts modern amenities throughout, including a fully stocked kitchen. An outdoor patio provides a great location to watch the sun set after soaking it up by the beachfront pool.

The Hangout Fest is within walking distance.

A S.E.A. Monster for $962 per night

Numerous pastel shades adorn the wall of this not-so-appropriately name home. For a S.E.A. Monster, it’s got an awfully serene vibe to it.

The eight bedroom duplex has a large living and dining area alongside a fully-equipped kitchen. An outdoor pool backs up to the beach itself, while every room on the ocean-side of the house offers stellar views of the Gulf of Mexico from a trip of balconies.

This is a great place to unwind after a day at Hangout, especially if you’re lucky enough to enjoy the jetted tub in the master bathroom.

A newly built home for $1,184 per night

The sky blue and light green facade of this newly constructed beach home houses 12 bedrooms within its walls, 10 of which have their own ensuite bathroom.

The main communal area encompasses a vast living space and modern kitchen, complete with an island bar/breakfast area with room for six. Outside, a blue pool is sunk into a wooden deck, where an outdoor grill is sure to cook up some memorable dinners.

This house has a lot of room to roam and a lot of quiet corners. It’s always fun to go to a festival with a big group. It’s even better if the place you’re staying in has enough space for some alone time after a hectic day in a crowd.

High ceilings and ocean views for $939 per night

A lot of the homes on Gulf Shores feature multiple-levels stacked high on top of one another. This five bedroom house bucks the trend by shifting the rooms to the edges of the house in order to create a vast, floor to ceiling living area.

It’s a welcome change, and heightens the sense of openness created by the home’s uninhibited views of the Gulf of Mexico. The details and artwork in the bedrooms channel the sea breeze and salty air of Gulf Shores.

For children, or children at heart (this is Hangout, after all), there’s a crows nest bedroom on the very top floor that sleeps six, with a wide window looking out onto the ocean.

Resort-style living for $1,371 per night

Tuxedo Flats is comprised of two five bedroom homes, next to each other, that can be rented as a single 10 bedroom property. The beach is right across the street, should you want to venture away from the home’s sprawling outdoor space, where sun loungers, cabana and hammocks surround two separate pools.

Each of the two kitchens is fully-equipped with modern appliances and a granite topped island. The main communal areas are airy and open plan while the upper floors offer views of the Gulf of Mexico on one side, and the lagoon on the other.

Every floor can be reach by an elevator, which is useful to know in case you dance a bit too hard our catch more sun than you hoped at Hangout.
